Experienced psychiatrist, based in Sydney, offering psychoanalytic psychotherapy for adults 20 +. This is an insight oriented, relational treatment which may be suited to people with anxiety, depression, trauma and general life problems, who may not have benefitted from other approaches. It may also be suited to those who are interested in understanding their patterns, blocks, ways of relating and being in the world.

I have lived and worked in different countries, understand the stresses of migration, grief and loss, major life changes, intergenerational trauma and adaptation to various stages of life including parenthood and midlife concerns. Varied career paths and extensive training have helped me understand the depth of psychological growth and change that can take place during an intensive therapeutic process.
